Total built-up area of the project is 281,839sqms and total investment cost of the project is €266 million.
The Yeten Mimarlik Ltd. had provided €50 million finance to this project for the first two years by the way of Blackberry International Finance Ltd. and Monument Capital (Equity) Partners Ltd.
